Ladies Open Results

Crompton and Royton Golf Club held a Ladies Open event on Friday 15th July. There was a superb turnout with 76 ladies taking part from many different clubs in the district.

With fantastic weather and the course in excellent condition there was some impressive scoring.

Here are the results:

1st Place - Bernie Holden & Eileen Barlow - Greenmount GC -52 points

2nd Place - Tracy Brownhill & Alison Croll- Ashton GC - 48 points

3rd Place - Lesley Green & Sue Taylor - Stamford  GC - 45 points on CPO

There was also nearest the pins prizes on the day, the winners were:

Denise Chambers Crompton and Royton GC - 16th hole
